To celebrate Surrey Libraries Green Initiatives, Merstham Library host a monthly Wardrobe Revamp., the second Monday of the month.
In partnership with the Merstham HUB Repair Shop, we set up the sewing machines and invite you to bring in your garments that need a little love to last another day. We provide the equipment and the knowledge, you bring the projects. We do not sew for you but guide you in using the machines, or hand sewing, to get the effect you want. Instead of setting a one size fits all price, we welcome donations.

The library will be partially open on Thursday 4th June. Public PC's will be available but no printing and no access to adult fiction or large print.
We have a young adult fiction author visiting and our space has been managed to accommodate our visitors who will be meeting with him.
Thank you for your understanding.

Did you know that Surrey Libraries now have sewing machines for events? During half term Age 10+ had the opportunity to make 'Study Buddies' and new friends. Crafting with friends, and making new ones, is beneficial for our wellbeing. Fun was also had creating Fidget Friends in Craft with Helen. If you would like to give it a go keep an eye on our What's On and join in the fun.
Monday June 8th we have Wardrobe Revamp for adults Bring your own clothes and get help to alter and adjust for a donation.
