🎉 Happy Retirement, Ann Baldwin!

After more than 25 years serving our community at Pool Village Shop (with just a short spell away at the Shell petrol station), Ann is finally hanging up her uniform and taking a very well-deserved retirement!

Ann has been a friendly face and a helping hand to so many over the years - always ready with a smile, a chat and a kind word. It’s hard to imagine the shop without her!

Thank you, Ann, for your dedication, hard work and warmth, you’ve truly been at the heart of the village 💛
