As Volunteers' Week comes to a close, it is a good time to think about how we can all play a part in our communities.

🥰 Volunteering can be a small act that makes a big difference. It could mean sharing your time, helping at a local group, supporting someone to feel included, or getting involved in something that matters to your area.

Every action helps build pride in place and strengthens Our Lancashire.

ℹ️ If you have been inspired this week, why not explore how you could get involved in your local community https://orlo.uk/RVysk

At First Kick Foundation, we know that every young person is different. That's why our Get Help With Your Next Step programme offers more than just careers advice or signposting, we believe careers support should be personal.

What Makes Us Different?

We don't just talk about opportunities - we help you create a plan to achieve them.

Our tailored sessions are designed around you. We'll take the time to understand who you are, what motivates you, how you learn best, and why certain pathways may or may not feel like the right fit.

• Creating a unique, professional CV that reflects your skills and personality
• Understanding apprenticeship opportunities and application processes
• Exploring career pathways that align with your interests and strengths
• Developing a personalised action plan with achievable goals

Together, we'll identify your strengths, build your confidence, and create a clear action plan that gives you direction and purpose.
