As we count down to the Summer Reading challenge, why don't you take a look at what else your local library can offer you and your family? 🤩
Alongside the Summer Reading Challenge 🌞📖 we will also be running Summer events that you can book on to from July 4th; and, if you or your child are between 14-24years-old, you can volunteer with us to help out during the Summer reading challenge. Scan the QR code on the volunteer poster on this post to find out more!
For students we offer ‘Study Happy’ 🏫✏️; a partnership between Worcestershire Libraries and The University of Worcester, that is all about helping students, particularly those studying for school, college or university exams, to reach their academic goals while also prioritising their wellbeing 🫂 Find out more here: https://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/council-services/libraries/learn-upskill-and-find-work/study-happy
If you're child is a little bit younger 👶 we have so many regular children's activities running throughout the week; some of which require you to book a space so contact us to see if we have any spots free for you to join. Take a look at all of our events here: https://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/council-services/libraries/library-events-and-activities
Finally, we also have the Reading Well offers 📚✨ If you're looking for books recommended and endorsed by health experts 🏥 (with topics ranging from mental health to grief to growing up), the Reading Well collections are for you.
