St Helens Citizens Advice provides a free, independent, impartial & confidential service on a wide range of issues including benefits, debt, employment, consumer and family. We are staffed by a mixture of highly trained volunteers and paid staff and can offer high quality training equivalent to NVQ III in advice and information. St Helens Citizens Advice is an independent charity, funded from a variety of sources including St Helens Council, St Helens PCT and NHS 5 Boroughs Trust.
