Good morning from another warm and fresh day in Settle. The odd shower is in prospect but nothing to stop you visiting our lovely Market and Town Centre and perhaps follow the Flowerpot trail.

We once again have a good selection of traders on the Market today including Kevin with his fabulous selection of cheeses to tempt your taste buds. How about Cheddar with Ale & Mustard or Carron Lodges Cheddar with Horseradish and Parsley or even Gjetost.

Don't forget Todays Special from ChazShack..."Home cooked Char Sui Potrk on bao bun with homemade pickle".

Plans are well under way for this year's Christmas lights switch on event which will take place on Saturday 28th November. We will once again be hosting a Christmas market. To make sure the investment plan reflects local priorities, we are inviting residents, business owners and visitors to share their views on their local town and how you think it could be improved.

Good morning from another lovely sunny day in Settle. We have a great selection of traders on the Market today Including John with his selection of Flowerpots, the ideal memento after following the flowerpot trail. We also welcome Anna from Curlews Nest with her fine selection of homemade soaps. The selection of soaps includes Activated Charcoal, Rose and Poppy Seed and Nettle, just a few of the interesting options on offer.

So come on down to the Market today and support your local market and the rest of the shops and businesses within our lovely town centre.

Good morning from a lovely sunny Settle Market. It's the Flowerpot Festival and we are expecting a lot more folk in town over the next few months, so come and find the Flowerpots located on the Market. We have a great selection of traders on the Market including Chaz and todays special is “3 Fish Finger Butty with Salad”. We also have the team from the Folly Museum on site today providing information and advice on what's happening under the scaffolding. They are seeking your views and what you want to see. You also have the chance to win a biscuit and receive a 10% coffee and tea vouched by spinning the wheel.
