Join Laura for a friendly cuppa and chat and discover what's on offer at The Learning Place. This free session is a great opportunity for unpaid carers to explore courses, activities and support that can help improve wellbeing, build confidence and develop new skills.

During the session, you'll enjoy a tour of the centre and find out more about:

🦁 Let's Go On A Lion Hunt! 🦁

Looking for a chance to get out, get active and connect with other carers?

Join Caroline and Donna for a gentle walk from Victoria Park to the Historic Dockyard as they follow the Pride of Portsmouth Lion Trail. It's a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, explore Portsmouth's colourful lion sculptures and spend time with fellow carers.

📍 Meet at The Greenhouse, Victoria Park, PO1 3HJ

The walk follows part of the Pride of Portsmouth trail, taking in some of the city's iconic landmarks along the way. There's even the option to extend your walk to the Aspex Gallery if you'd like to continue exploring.

This drop-in session for carers is a friendly coffee ☕ afternoon with a creative twist 🎨👩‍

There will be tea/coffee/water available and of course a biscuit or two 🍪

We always have one or two simple craft activities for you to try if you want to - there's no pressure.

If you would like to come just for the cuppa and chat you are more than welcome. You don't have to stay for the whole session - it is a drop-in, so you could come after the school run for a bit of me time!
