Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Wythall Parish Council Planning Committee will take place on:

Date: Monday, 07 September 2026
Time: 7:30pm
Venue: Rear meeting room, Wythall Village Hall, Alcester Road

The agenda includes the following proposals:

Item 3.1: an application for outline planning permission for up to 300 dwellings on land South of Station Road, Wythall

Item 3.2: an application for outline planning permission for up to 90 dwellings on land at Station Road, Wythall

Item 3.3: a re-consultation on an application for outline planning permission for up to 110 dwellings on land West of Alcester Road

Item 3.4: an application for permission in principle for up to 9 dwellings on land West of Crabmill Lane

Item 3.6: an application for prior approval of the installation of PV solar panels at Beckett Farm, Alcester Road

Item 3.7: an application for change of use of grassed land at Wythall Park to 3 padel courts

Item 3.12: a pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed base station upgrade at an existing telecommunications site at the corner of Hollywood Lane.

Charity Raffle

Raffle tickets are now on sale! You do not need to attend the Gala to take part in the raffle, so everyone can get involved and support this fantastic cause.
There are some great prizes to be won, including:

Bleed Kit

We’re pleased to share that a second new public emergency bleed control kit has been installed by the Parish Council, this time at Drawbridge Inn, Major's Green.
The kit is located on the side exterior wall of the Drawbridge Inn, next to the beer garden patio, making it accessible 24/7 for local residents, pub goers, canal users and members of nearby Wake Green AFC, in the event of an emergency.
Bleed control kits are designed to provide vital first aid in the event of a serious bleeding injury, helping to save lives in the critical minutes before emergency services arrive.
