BJP EXPOSED: 60 STITCHES, SECTION 307 & "I DIDN'T EVEN GO TO JAIL" Swatantra Bhardwaj's own words in a podcast are enough to raise serious questions. He allegedly claims that he smashed Nishu's father's head, leaving him with 60 stitches, and describes it as a Section 307, attempt-to-murder case. But what does he boast about next? "I didn't even go to jail." According to his own account, he was immediately released after a call from BJP leader Kapil Mishra, whom he proudly describes as his "big brother." And then comes an even bigger claim: "Modi is my big brother." Think about that. Someone allegedly involved in an assault serious enough to result in 60 stitches claims he walked out without spending time in jail because of political connections. Whether every part of his account is true is for the authorities and evidence to establish. But if a political activist can publicly boast about violence and alleged political intervention in a criminal case, BJP has some very serious questions to answer. This is not strength. This is not nationalism. This is not "Sanatan." This is what alleged political impunity looks like when people start believing their connections put them above the law. And the BJP cannot preach "law and order" to the country while people associated with its ecosystem allegedly brag about violence and political access. The question is simple: Is there one law for ordinary citizens and another for those with powerful "big brothers"? Mantar
