A former employee of the State Bank of India filed a gratuity claim application through the SAMADHAN Portal. Upon receipt of the claim, notice was issued to the Respondent, State Bank of India, by the Competent Authority under the Code on Social Security, 2020 and Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central)-III, Mumbai. During the proceedings, State Bank of India accepted its liability towards gratuity along with applicable interest and paid an amount of ₹9,99,591/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-One only) to the claimant.

An employee of M/s Bank of Maharashtra filed a claim application before the Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), Pune, regarding non-payment of wages under the provisions of the Code on Wages, 2019. During the course of the hearing, the Management paid a total amount of ₹6,12,678/- (Rupees Six Lakh Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Eight only) to the Applicant towards the outstanding wages.
