✨ “_Make your mind and body rejuvenating through yoga._”

NSS Units 191 & 304, in collaboration with the Physical Education Department, organized a rejuvenating session of stretching, breathing, and meditation. The session was beautifully led by the Heartfulness Meditation and Wellness Centre, Ponnani.
