A powerful and fruitful engagement with our people at Jamaica Road, District 13, Montserrado County.

Yesterday, our National Chairman, Mr. Saylay Singbae II, alongside key executives of COLP, stood face-to-face with the people, not in empty ceremony, but in true solidarity. We listened. We spoke. And most importantly, we felt the pulse of a nation demanding better.

Liberia belongs to its people, not to a privileged few, not to broken promises, not to recycled leadership that has failed time and time again. From Jamaica Road to every corner of Montserrado and beyond, one message is clear: our country must work for all Liberians.

This is about restoring dignity to the ordinary citizen. It is about building a nation where opportunity is not reserved for the connected, but guaranteed for the committed. It is about reclaiming the promise of Liberia, a promise rooted in justice, inclusion, and real development.

Our message is not politics as usual. It is a call to conscience. A call to rise. A call to take back our future. The people are awake. The people are ready. And no force can stop a united people determined to rewrite their story.

Power To The People. Progress To The Nation.

COLP Commitments are not crafted in isolation. It is the product of listening, deliberately and consistently, to Liberians across communities, professions, and generations.

Through consultations, engagements, and grassroots interactions, we have received a wide range of submissions that reflect both frustration with the present and hope for a different future. Many Liberians do not believe that there can be any significant change.

The fear of youth empowerment is rooted in a simple reality: an informed and conscious youth population cannot be easily manipulated. For too long, young people have been conditioned to follow rather than question, praise rather than challenge, depend rather than lead. Once young people recognize their collective power, they will stop engaging in blind loyalty. Instead, they will demand accountability and become decision-makers, not instruments.

This creates a clear choice, either become a leader shaping change, or remain a career sycophant sustaining the status quo. There is no neutral ground in a system that demands either transformation or submission.

Thanks to our VCA for ably representing COLP at the thinker village Youth Seminar along the RIA highway.

Today, the Congress of the Liberian People joins all Liberians in celebrating the enduring spirit of unity that defines us as a nation. Unification Day is a powerful reminder that despite our differences in culture, background, and belief, we are one people with a shared destiny.

At COLP, we believe that true progress can only be achieved when unity is placed above division, and when the collective interest of the Liberian people comes first. Our strength as a nation lies in our ability to stand together, work together, and build together.

As we commemorate this day, we call on all Liberians to recommit themselves to peace, inclusion, and national development. Let us rise above the lines that divide us and focus on the future that unites us.

Power To The People. Progress To The Nation.

Today, we celebrate the strength, sacrifice, and unwavering love of mothers across our nation.

Mothers are the foundation of our homes, the builders of character, and the quiet force behind every thriving community. Their resilience, care, and dedication continue to shape the future we believe in.
At COLP, we recognize and honor the invaluable role mothers play — not only in raising families but in nurturing leaders, sustaining communities, and driving national progress.

To every mother, grandmother, and mother figure, we say thank you. Your love does not go unnoticed, and your impact cannot be measured.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at COLP.

The message from COLP today was loud and clear: the era of political failure is over. We are ready to reimagine our future!

Across Montserrado, patriots stood up to train and prepare for the coming 'Montserrado Tsunami.' We have the momentum, we have the will, and the 14 counties are NEXT.

The Movement Begins with Preparation. The Future Begins with Us.

On Saturday, May 8, COLP Mobilization Team convenes at our party headquarters in Congo Town, for a strategic and high-impact workshop under the theme: “Empowering a New Generation of Leaders for National Renewal.”

As we prepare to deploy our team into the field to recruit, engage, and expand our base, we recognize that effective mobilization starts with capacity, discipline, and clarity of purpose. This workshop will sharpen our strategy, strengthen our structure, and equip our team with the tools needed to deliver results on the ground.

We are not just building numbers, we are building a generation of leaders committed to driving real change and national transformation.

Tomorrow, we prepare. Next, we mobilize. Together, we lead.

Power To The People. Progress To The Nation.
