We're proud to introduce Jovita Girlevičūtė, ESF+ Project Coordinator. In this role, she has strengthened her expertise in project coordination, strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration, helping to transform ideas into well-organised initiatives that create lasting social impact.

📢 Amendments to the Call Conditions published

Please note that, effective as of 28 July 2026, amendments have been made to the Call Conditions, Annex 1 – Detailed Budget Table (DBT) and Annex 4 – List of Required Documents for the Call ‘Strengthening the European Child Guarantee national governance systems and supporting access to the labour market for Roma NEETs’.

💡 The updates provide further clarification on consortium composition, supporting documentation, and eligible project-related costs. The amendments also include the addition of North Macedonia as an eligible listed third country.

The amendments concern, in particular, the following sections of the Call Conditions:
🔹 Point 2.7 – Strand I: Consortium composition specific requirements
🔹 Point 3.8 – Strand II: Consortium composition requirements
🔹 Point 4.2.3 – Eligibility of costs and cost categories

👉 Consequently, corresponding amendments have also been made to Annex 1 – Detailed Budget Table (DBT) and Annex 4 – List of Required Documents.

We encourage all applicants to consult the latest version of the Call Conditions and all accompanying documents available on the Call webpage before submitting your proposal.

📢 SKILLS GUARANTEE CALL PROJECTS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED!

Six transnational projects have been selected to receive a total of €14.1 million under the call ‘Piloting a Skills Guarantee for Workers in Transition’.

Over the next 24 months, these projects will support workers affected by changes in the automotive sector and its supply chains by providing training opportunities and pathways into growing industries facing skills shortages.

Bringing together 45 organisations across 10 EU Member States, the initiatives will pilot innovative Skills Guarantee mechanisms and focus on areas such as the clean and digital transition, energy, smart infrastructure, logistics, skilled trades, the circular economy, and more.
