BOOSTING EMERGENCY RESPONSE IN MARIENTAL 🚒

Today, the Acting Deputy Executive Director of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, Mr. Godwin Sikabongo, officially handed over the keys of the new Mariental Municipality Rapid Intervention Vehicle to the Chairperson of the Management Committee, Hon. Cllr Hermanus Isaacks.

This vehicle is purpose-built for quick responses to emergency incidents. Once commissioned, it will serve our community at a moment’s notice.

Today we had the honor of a very special visit.
Our very own Grenniê, a fellow firefighter, came by the station.

At 83 years of blessed age, and retired at 65, her love for the service and for firefighters never retired. Every time she visits, you can feel her passion, her warmth, and her pride in what we do.

Today she brought more than just a visit — she brought us all a small surprise, to thank our members for their daily sacrifice.

Grenniê, thank you for reminding us what dedication looks like. You are family, and you will always have a home here at the station ❤️🚒

Officiated by The Right Honourable Dr. Tjitunga Elijah Ngurare, Prime Minister of the Republic of Namibia, this strategy sets the foundation for a safer, stronger and more resilient Mariental.
