The Peace Building Development Consult (PBDC) PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO HEADQUARTERS NIGERIAN AIR FORCE

The Leadership of the Peace Building Development Consult (PBDC), led by Lt Gen Lamidi Adeosun and the Executive Director Kayode Bolaji, alongside a high-level delegation of distinguished Eldership and management team of the PBDC paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, and Principal Staff Officers at Headquarters Nigerian Air Force Abuja.

The visit centered on identifying strategic areas of partnership—focusing on non-kinetic operations, civil-military coordination, human security, and peacebuilding initiatives to support the operational readiness and defense mandate of the Nigerian Air Force.

Air Marshal Aneke and his PSOs welcomed the team and affirmed the NAF’s commitment to collaborating with the PBDC to foster a peaceful, resilient, and secured nation.

PBDC, in partnership with the Nigeria Police Force, is organising a 2-day Lagos State Peace and Security Management Course to bring together key stakeholders and strengthen the knowledge, skills, and partnerships needed to build safer and more resilient communities.
The course is themed: “Enhanced Peace for Security, and Sustainable Development in Nigeria through State Dialogue and Grassroots Solutions.”

The Emir of Kano honoured us with his presence at the PBDC's 22nd anniversary summit and dinner night, adding distinction to an evening dedicated to celebrating individuals and partners supporting the cause of peace building.
He says investing in people means investing in quality education, digital skills and opportunities that empower individuals to contribute meaningfully to national development.
But building a secure and prosperous Nigeria is a collective effort. The government, the private sector and communities all have a role to play.
