Heads up: Conical Thrill and Super Bowl closures, 29–31 July

We wanted to give you a bit of notice ahead of some maintenance work happening on Conical Thrill and Super Bowl.

Both chutes will be closed from Wednesday afternoon (29 July) through to Friday (31 July) while our team completes routine maintenance. This requires safe elevated access to the rides, so you may also notice a cherry picker on site during this period.

All our other pools and facilities will be open as usual.

Thanks for your understanding while we get this maintenance done; we'll have both chutes back up and running as soon as it's complete.

We're on the hunt for a Facilities Cleaner to join the team at Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa. It's approx. 10 hours a week, Saturday and Sunday mornings outside of operating hours, so you'll have the place to yourself, work at your own pace, and can put your podcasts on while you go.

No decades of commercial cleaning experience needed. Just reliability, an eye for detail, and pride in a job well done.

It's the perfect side hustle, a top-up to another job, or something that fits around study, family, or retirement.
