We had a great time at our monthly meeting on Monday. Gemma from Body In Motion Health talked about fall prevention and gave us some useful exercises to practice at home. Please contact the office if you would like copies of any of the resources Gemma left for us.

We also spent some time learning new things about each other with the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand kōrero cards. Thanks to everyone who came along and took part.

Kawerau, it’s your turn! Meet the Locals is coming your way 🙌

Bring the whānau along, meet the people behind our local organisations and clubs, and find out what’s happening in your community.

There’ll be a Kids Zone, market stalls to browse and food available to purchase, so come along and make a morning of it!
