π₯ DAY 7 β Egg fast Day 2. Hunger non-existent. Weighted vest walk. Live video.
Here's Day 7 in full:

Morning routine: warm shower into 5 min cold shower, psyllium husk, sole water, black coffee. That routine is now locked in.
Ate 6 eggs β sunny side up, salt, pepper, chilli oil. Then didn't need to eat again. Hunger on Day 2 of the egg fast is nearly non-existent. That's your body running on its own fuel efficiently.
This afternoon β 1 hour 8-minute walk around Mt Albert with a 7kg weighted vest. 5.8km, 7,246 steps, Zone 1-2 dominant. No gym. No equipment. Just movement, added load, and fresh air.
