Invitations for tender: We are doing some refurbishments and improvements in our library area. We are looking at three projects: 1) to partially remove a wall and put in glass stacker doors, 2) to renovate a kitchen area and 3) to generally refurbish and redecorate the library block. We will be inviting your feedback and feedforward at our production on Wednesdsay and Thursday., so please have a think about this We will be asking: 1. What do you like about our school? 2. What would you like us to consider changing and 3. What are the important things you would like for your child to learn and develop while at PPPS? We will be using this for our Board of Trustees next strategic plan.

Get ready for the brightest, highest-flying event of the year! Join us on Sunday, 18th October, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for our school’s vibrant Colour Run—open to our whole community, family, and friends!~ Only $10 entry fee for the colour run!

Along with music, delicious food, and plenty of colorful fun, we are wrapping up the afternoon with an extraordinary finale: the Helicopter Golf Ball Drop, proudly sponsored by Helicopters South Canterbury!

Our creek fence is being upgraded over the next few weeks. This means that we will have fencers working on the property. Most of the area North of the Rangitata block and along the length of the playing field on the North side is temporarly fenced and out of bounds. This starts from the main vehicle entrance to the playground. Please note that this vehicle and pedestrian entrance from Halstead Road will not be accessible while the work is happening. It has a yellow caution banner across it. Please use other gates for the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your support with this.

Weekly Round-Up- Week 6
Although the weather is definitely cooling down we were incredibly lucky with most days being bright and sunny!

Next week we are diving head first into book week. This is always a highlight in the calendar and this year we have some new activities happening such as the Fox in Socks day on Tueday and a Chicken Divas Disco on Wednesday. Get ready to Catch the Reading Bug!
