The activity focused on ensuring that the firetruck and firefighting equipment are clean, complete, functional, and ready for immediate deployment in times of emergency. 🚒🧯

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FSUPT JERICKSON P MIRAFLOR, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by FINSP RAYMUNDO N OLIVER JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, personnel of Tiwi Fire Station successfully conducted Fire Safety Inspections of residential and business occupancies within its area of responsibility.

The activity aimed to assess compliance with fire safety requirements, identify potential fire hazards and deficiencies, and promote the implementation of appropriate fire safety measures to prevent fire incidents and protect lives and property.

🔥 FIRE PREVENTION SAFETY SEMINAR AND FIRE DRILL 🚒

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FSUPT JERICKSON P MIRAFLOR, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by FINSP RAYMUNDO N OLIVER JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, personnel of Tiwi Fire Station successfully conducted a Fire Prevention Safety Seminar and Fire Drill at AmberCash PH Micro Lending Corp., Naga, Tiwi, Albay.

The activity was conducted as part of the Bureau of Fire Protection’s Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP) – Obligasyon sa Bayan, Ligtas na Pamayanan, specifically under the Emergency Response Plan for Business (ERPB), which aims to strengthen the preparedness and emergency response capabilities of business establishments in addressing fire and other emergencies.

The Fire Prevention Safety Seminar focused on enhancing employees’ awareness of fire prevention, fire safety practices, proper use of fire extinguishers, and appropriate actions during a fire emergency. This was complemented by a Fire Drill to provide participants with practical experience in proper evacuation procedures, emergency response, and accountability.
