Type of Incident
Structural integrity assessment following ocular inspection.

Situation Overview personally conducted an ocular inspection of the DCRR Bridge. Following his visit, Mayor Carmelo "Jon" Lazatin II immediately coordinated with the City Engineering Office (CEO) to initiate a technical evaluation of the bridge’s structural soundness.

During the preliminary assessment, CEO representative Engr. Reynaldo Roque advised that, as of this time, the bridge remains safe only for light vehicles. Heavy trucks and large vehicles are strongly discouraged from traversing the bridge until further engineering validation and reinforcement measures are completed.

Actions Taken
- Ocular inspection conducted by Mayor Carmelo "Jon" Lazatin II with sir Kiko Pangilinan (ACDRRMO)

- Referral to the City Engineering Office for structural integrity evaluation by Engr. Reynaldo Roque

- Issuance of advisory restricting bridge use to light vehicles only.

- Coordination with Kap. Doms Lising Jr. and the DCRR HOA officers of Phases I–V, VI, VII–XI, and XII to disseminate advisories and monitor compliance.

Recommendations
-Strictly limit bridge usage to light vehicles until official clearance is issued.
-Heavy trucks and large vehicles must refrain from crossing to prevent potential structural compromise.
-Continuous monitoring and immediate reporting of any observed damage or unusual vibrations to the Barangay Margot DRRM, Kap. Doms Lising Jr., the DCRR HOA officers, and Engr. Reynaldo Roque of the CEO.
-Expedite comprehensive engineering inspection and reinforcement measures to ensure long-term safety.

Status Update:
Ang Deca Clark Bridge ay passable pa sa ngayon at maaaring daanan ng mga residente at light vehicles.

Safety Precaution:
Gayunpaman, mahigpit na ipinagbabawal muna ang paggamit ng tulay ng mga heavy‑loaded trucks at malalaking sasakyan hanggang sa maisagawa ang masusing inspeksyon ng istruktural na lakas nito.

Purpose:
Ito ay para sa kaligtasan ng publiko at upang maiwasan ang anumang posibleng aksidente habang patuloy na sinusuri ang kondisyon ng tulay.

Continuous monitoring with structural collapse observed.

Situation Overview
The Barangay Margot DRRM team, under the leadership of Kap. Doms Lising Jr., has been conducting sustained monitoring operations at the Abacan River and the old Deca Clark bridge. During the course of surveillance, the bridge approach of the old Deca Clark bridge was found to have collapsed, posing significant risks to commuters and nearby residents.

Actions Taken
- Conducted systematic field surveillance and hazard assessment.
- Reported the collapse to HOA and 8990 for immediate inspection and engineering evaluation.
- Issued precautionary advisories to residents emphasizing safety and vigilance.
- Mobilized Margot BDRRM team for continuous presence in the affected area.
