As part of the preparations for the upcoming 3rd Araceliโ€“Dumaran Joint Civil Service Anniversary Celebration 2026, representatives from the Municipal Governments of Araceli and Dumaran gathered for a joint coordination meeting to discuss the plans and activities for the celebration scheduled this September.

The meeting focused on strengthening the partnership between the two municipalities and ensuring that the event will be meaningful and well-organized. It also highlighted the importance of recognizing the hard work, professionalism, and dedication of civil servants who continue to serve the public with commitment and integrity.

Through a Resolution of the Sangguniang Bayan, upon the request of the Municipal Mayor, Hon. ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ. ๐—–๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ, Ms. Alcansado was formally recognized for bringing pride and honor to the Municipality of Araceli. In appreciation of her outstanding accomplishment, the Local Government Unit also awarded a โ‚ฑ๐Ÿฑ,๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ as a modest token of recognition and encouragement.

Although Ms. Alcansado was unable to personally receive the award, the Resolution and cash incentive were accepted by her parents on her behalf.

May her dedication, perseverance, and success serve as an inspiration to the youth of Araceli to pursue excellence, overcome challenges, and strive for their own dreams.

The Office of the Municipal Mayor hereby reminds all employees of the Municipal Government of Araceli of the strict observance of attendance during the weekly Flag-Raising Ceremony every Monday and Flag-Lowering Ceremony every Friday, in accordance with Republic Act No. 8491 (Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines) and Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012.

The Memorandum underscores the importance of punctuality, discipline, professionalism, and patriotism in the performance of public service. It also provides the guidelines on valid grounds for non-attendance, submission of written explanations for unauthorized absences, monitoring responsibilities of Department Heads, and the corresponding administrative accountability under the 2025 Revised Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS).

All employees are enjoined to faithfully comply with the provisions of the Memorandum in support of an efficient, accountable, and service-oriented local government.
