TURNOVER OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the leadership of FCSUPT HONEE FRITZ N ABANGAN-DIEL, DSC, Regional Director of BFP CARAGA, with the supervision of FSINSP BOBBY U ARENA JR., Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, and FSINSP RONALD Y VASQUEZ, Acting City Fire Marshal of Butuan City Central Fire Station, the Libertad Fire Sub-Station headed by FINSP DEBORAH M LLANOS, Sub-Station Commander, spearheaded the commander's time and turnover of duties and responsibilities to the incoming shift earlier today.

The activity also served as a venue to discuss updates on upcoming activities, programs, and operational directives, as well as to formulate plans and strategies aimed at sustaining operational readiness and enhancing the overall efficiency of personnel in the performance of their mandated duties and responsibilities.

GOOD HOUSEKEEPING & BLOWBAGETS

The activity aims to ensure that the station, equipment, and fire apparatus remain clean, organized, serviceable, and ready for immediate response. Through regular inspection, proper maintenance, and good housekeeping, the activity helps strengthen operational readiness, prolong equipment serviceability, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

BFP 35TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

IN PHOTOS: FINSP DEBORAH M LLANOS, Sub-Station Commander of the Libertad Fire Sub-Station, served as Color Officer and attended the 35th Founding Anniversary of the Bureau of Fire Protection - Caraga Region, held on 19 August 2026 at Hotel Oazis, J.C. Aquino Avenue, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.

Anchored on the theme, “Tatlong Dekada at Limang Taong Serbisyong Tapat at Maaasahan: BFP sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the celebration highlighted 35 years of steadfast commitment, professionalism, and dedicated service in protecting lives and properties.

The event was graced by JOSEPHINE F. CABRIDO-LEYSA, Assistant Secretary for Human Resource Development, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)–Butuan Branch is recognized as one of the awardees during the 35th BFP Founding Anniversary
