Day 2 INSET – A Day of Learning and Professional Growth 🌱

Day 2 of our IGNITE School-Based INSET deepened our understanding of safe and respectful spaces through the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), strengthened our skills in clustering ILAW learning competencies, and guided us in the preparation of the IPCRF.

A meaningful reminder that effective teaching goes beyond the classroom—it requires a safe environment, purposeful planning, and continuous professional growth.

Day 1 of the IGNITE School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) at Lecheria Integrated School was a meaningful journey of learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

The session on ILAW Lesson Planning reminded us that effective lesson planning is more than preparing activities—it is about intentional, learner-centered, and responsive teaching.

Understanding and applying the ILAW framework helps teachers organize instruction with greater clarity, purpose, and alignment to learners’ needs, making every lesson more meaningful and engaging.

Lecheria Integrated School successfully conducted the “Together We Can End HIV/AIDS: Awareness, Prevention, and Responsibility” – A Client-Focused Capability Building on September 9, 2026, featuring Mr. Mark Enric G. Pascual, R.N. as the resource speaker.

The session provided participants with meaningful and timely information on HIV/AIDS awareness, prevention, responsible decision-making, and the importance of breaking stigma through knowledge and compassion.

Beyond awareness, the activity reminded everyone that preventing HIV is a shared responsibility—and that accurate information, empathy, and informed choices can help build a healthier and more supportive community. 🤝✨
