*9:11 AM* - Team arrived at the incident area and conducted a safety assessment.
*Patient*: A 39 year old male with Posible fracture on left leg (swelling) nahulog x tambara
*Treatment*: Standard first aid was administered by the Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) team.

*9:28 AM* - Patient was loaded into the ambulance and transported. A secondary assessment was performed en route.

*9:50 AM* - Patient was safely endorsed to the nurse on duty at the Emergency Room of Dr. Ricardo S. Provido Sr. Memorial District Hospital.

🚨 BRAVO TEAM IN ACTION: EARLY MORNING RESCUE! 🚨

At 02:55 AM, Bravo Team rushed to Iris Subdivision, Poblacion Ilaya to save a life.

An 80-year-old male was found helpless in his bathroom, completely unable to stand. Our dedicated EMS crew immediately went to work:

🩺 Assessed & Stabilized: Checked vital signs right on the spot.🤝
Compassionate Care: Helped the patient wear his clothes comfortably.🚑
Safe Extraction: Carefully moved him from the bathroom into the ambulance.

According to his wife, the patient takes maintenance meds for hypertension and uric acid, and was suffering from a possible low potassium drop.
Our team continuously monitored his vitals on the road and successfully endorsed him to DRSPSMDH for expert treatment.
