On April 7, 2026, a meaningful milestone was achieved on the first day as the Registration and Validation of Potential Set 14 4Ps beneficiaries successfully took place at Barangay Gil Sanchez Covered Court, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte. The activity brought together families filled with hope and anticipation, taking their first step toward becoming part of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. Through the dedicated efforts of the Municipal Operations Office of Labason, the process was smoothly facilitated, ensuring that each participant was guided and informed every step of the way.
The program opened with a warm welcome from Hon. Obito Libron, Barangay Kagawad, setting a tone of unity and community support. An inspiring message from Maโam Shirley G. Realiza, SWO III, reminded everyone of the true essence of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program which is to empower families towards a better and more secure future. Beneficiaries were then guided through the program orientation given by Maโam Elena Lagoy, Municipal Link, followed by a comprehensive discussion on the 4Ps Core Systems by Sir Julius Amora, helping everyone understand their roles, responsibilities, and the benefits of the program.
A solemn and heartfelt moment was shared during the Oath of Commitment led by Maโam Rose Maneja, Municipal Link which is a reminder of the shared responsibility between the program and its beneficiaries in achieving positive change. The activity concluded with encouraging closing remarks from Maโam Vivian Manalo, Beneficiary Data Management Officer, leaving participants with renewed motivation and clarity.
This successful undertaking would not have been possible without the unwavering support and collaboration of our valued partners - LGU Labason, Barangay Local Government Unit of Gil Sanchez, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Local Civil Registry Office, Department of Education, and Labason Rural Health Unit.
