LYDO Bryan Balagan was invited as one of the Resource Speakers during the Linggo ng Kabataan Celebration of Barangay Siempre Viva Norte, sharing insights on PROJECT LEAD: From Ideas to Action.

The discussion reminded the youth that leadership is not defined by a title, but by the courage to dream, the passion to serve, and the commitment to turn ideas into meaningful change.
