Meet Project Lugud's resource speaker for Atin Kang Karรกme: Usapang Mental Healthโ€”Dr. John Cris S. Bedoria, PhD, RPsy, RGC, RPm.๐Ÿฉต

As a licensed Psychologist, Registered Guidance Counselor, and Registered Psychometrician, Dr. Bedoria brings years of experience in psychological practice, counseling, and education. Through his expertise, he continues to empower individuals and communities by promoting mental health awareness and psychological well-being.

We look forward to learning from his insights as he inspires our youth and strengthens our community's understanding of mental health.

In response to the growing need to promote mental health awareness in our community, Project Lugud proudly takes its first step through "Atin Kang Karรกme: Usapang Mental Health," a seminar for the Senior High School students of Tomas Garcia Guintu Senior High School, happening on July 29, 2026, in partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Masantol.

This initiative aims to create a safe and supportive space where students can learn about mental health, engage in meaningful conversations, and be reminded that they are never alone. ๐Ÿฉต
