The Pagsanghan Enthusiasts Volleyball Association PEVA Invitational Volleyball Tournament has officially come to a close โ€” a celebration of teamwork, sportsmanship, and community spirit held at the Sports Center, Brgy. Canlapwas, Pagsanghan, Samar, in line with the vibrant Pagsanghan Town Fiesta Celebration 2026.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated officiating officials, Mr. Val Dave Estela and Mr. Val Saludar, for ensuring fair play and excellence throughout the games.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

โ€“All participants must register before the tournament begins.

โœ… Match Format
โ€“Matches will follow a knockout/elimination format.
โ€“Scoring will be based on the official 21-point rally system.
โ€“Best-of-3 sets for all matches.

โœ… Equipment & Attire
โ€“Players must bring their own rackets.
โ€“Standard shuttlecocks will be provided by the organizers.
โ€“Proper sports attire is required (non-marking shoes, comfortable sportswear).

โœ… Code of Conduct
โ€“Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
โ€“Any form of misconduct, including disrespect towards officials or opponents, may result in disqualification.
โ€“Decisions made by the tournament officials are final.

โœ… Match Procedures
โ€“Players must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
โ€“A grace period of 10 minutes will be given before automatic forfeiture.
โ€“Warm-ups are limited to 3 minutes before each match.
