The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Rafael, headed by SK Chairperson Hon. Aizel S. Rodrigo, is pleased to announce the official list of SKcholars who have successfully submitted all required documents within the given deadline.

A total of 10 continuing scholars and 9 new scholars have qualified to receive educational assistance for the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2024โ€“2025 and the 1st semester of Academic Year 2025โ€“2026.

The payout will take place on September 14, 2025 (Sunday) at exactly 1:00 PM at the SK Hall of Barangay San Rafael. Please be reminded that attendance is mandatory, and proxies will not be allowed under any circumstances. All scholars are required to bring their valid student ID and must be present to personally claim their financial assistance.

Hon. Alexandra Mariz S. Rebutiaco, of the Committee on Education, will facilitate the payout.

In celebration of Nutrition Month last July, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials of Barangay San Rafael led a meaningful initiative by distributing hygiene kits to day care and elementary pupils in the community. The initiative aimed to raise awareness on the importance of proper hygiene in supporting good nutrition and overall well-being among young learners.

The Youth Team Building 2025, themed โ€œLocal Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyondโ€, wasnโ€™t just a success โ€” it was a blast! Held at the Balogo Beach, Pasacao, Camarines Sur last August 16โ€“17, 2025, the event empowered young leaders to become active citizens and changemakers in their communities.

We came as individuals, but we left as one solid team. From fun games and beach challenges to deep conversations and late-night bonding โ€” every moment was filled with laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.

Thank you to all the youth who showed up with full energy, big smiles, and open hearts. You didnโ€™t just participate โ€” you made it meaningful.

JUST NOW | Kabataan Kontra Kriminalidad

The youth of San Rafael actively joined and showed their support during the Kabataan Kontra Kriminalidad (K*K) Launching held July 26, 2025 at the Municipal Covered Court, Poblacion, Pamplona, Camarines Sur.

The program was spearheaded by PLTCOL Dino Ben E. Regaspi, Chief of PCADU, CSPPO, who shared valuable insights on the role of the youth in building safer and more peaceful communities.

We extend our sincere thanks to PLTCOL Regaspi and the CSPPO team for leading this meaningful initiative, and to the youth of San Rafael for their active participation and dedication to positive change.
