Factor/s that contributed to the YELLOW Alert declaration:

Unavailability of Visayas' large coal plants PEDC 3, KSPC 2, and TVI 1 (online 26-Sep at 4:38PM, shutdown 27-Sep, 2026 at 4:34AM)

A yellow alert is issued when the operating margin is insufficient to meet the transmission grid’s contingency requirement.
