Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 90 issued by the Office of the President dated 22 July 2025, upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) relative to the continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon, work in government offices and classes at all levels in affected provinces, including the Province of Palawan, are hereby suspended on 23 July 2025 (Wednesday).

However, departments and offices providing basic, vital, and health services, as well as those involved in disaster preparedness and response, shall remain operational to ensure the continuous delivery of essential government services.

Employees of these agencies whose functions are non-vital may be allowed to work under approved alternative work arrangements, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
