CIBAC Party-List

CIBAC Party-List Official page of CIBAC PartyList - a multi-sectoral organization aimed at fighting graft & corruption CIBAC has continuously faced corruption head on.

Formed in 1997, CIBAC has grown into a nationwide organization through the efforts of the idealistic and dedicated men and women who compose it. But the fight against corruption is no easy task, it is for this reason that CIBAC continues its invitation for nationalistic, law-abiding and God-fearing citizens to join its cause and contribute towards ensuring a better future for our country. It is in

strumental in the filing of cases against erring officials with the Ombudsman and other courts. It has also joined hands with other civic groups as petitioners in filing cases of plunder, graft and corruption, bribery, violations of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Government Employees, and perjury against known public officials. Primary among these is the impeachment complaint filed against former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada in 2000. CIBAC has not limited its battle against corruption to the courts though. Since 1998, it has been an active participant in peaceful mass actions and mobilizations to reiterate its stand against all forms of corruption. It also continues to broaden its network of anti-corruption groups and agencies to intensify its campaign against corruption. As a party-list member in the House of Representatives, CIBAC has taken a more active legislative stand on issues pertaining to good governance, transparency and honesty in the conduct of operations and management of both the public and private sectors, and promotion of the welfare of the marginalized sectors and interest groups, particularly the youth, women, overseas Filipino workers, rural communities, urban poor and labor.

Statement of CIBAC Party-List on circulating social media posts regarding alleged DPWH allocations

Please disseminate.

-----

CIBAC Party-List categorically denies and condemns the false and misleading social media posts circulating online which claim that CIBAC received ₱3.41 billion worth of project allocations or is included among party-list groups with such allocations from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). These posts are utterly deceptive, malicious, and misleading portrayal of CIBAC public services.

There is NEVER a record nor document from the DPWH which identifies CIBAC as a recipient of project allocations being claimed by these posts. We encourage the public to be vigilant and only rely on official government sources rather than unverified graphics and social media narratives
that distort the truth.

Thus, we call on the public to reject and fight the spread of these falsities. Please REPORT any social media account or page which posts, shares and peddles these fake news.

Let us protect the truth for only the truth can set us free.

Warm greetings to our Muslim brothers and sisters as we observe Eid al-Adha.
As we commemorate this occasion, may it also serve as a reminder of the values that unite us as one nation—peace, generosity, and respect for one another.

As the Department of Health reports more than 4,600 new HIV cases in the Philippines in just the first quarter of 2026, we revisit this important message from Congressman Bro. Eddie Villanueva on the Gen Z HIV Crisis and the call for moral revival.

This episode of Salita ng Diyos para sa Bayan reminds us that alongside awareness, education, and public health efforts, we must also strengthen values, responsibility, and compassion among the youth.
