The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 9, under the strong leadership of 𝗙𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗝𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗬 𝗗𝗨𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗢, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Regional Director, and the supervision of 𝗙𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗢 𝗣 𝗔𝗟𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Provincial Fire Marshal, Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Fire Station personnel, led by 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟑 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐒 𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐨, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, successfully initiated outreach program dubbed “Balik Eskwela 2026: Alalay sa Pag-aaral” which brought smiles, hope, and support to underprivileged children of Ramon Magsaysay, ZDS, through the distribution of school supplies and conduct of a feeding program with fire safety tips.

Through the generosity and support of donors, ,each learner received educational materials intended to help them begin the school year prepared and motivated. The feeding activity likewise brought joy and encouragement to the children, making the event both meaningful and memorable.

This initiative is more than just providing school supplies and meals. It is about extending hope, inspiring young minds, and showing our learners that the community stands behind them in their pursuit of education and a brighter future.

In support of the Department of Education’s Brigada Eskwela 2026, Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Fire Station spearheaded by 𝗦𝗙𝗢𝟯 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗦 𝗕𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗼, participated in the kickoff activities conducted in Esperanza-Switch National High School, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur.

Through the spirit of bayanihan, BFP personnel joined teachers, parents, volunteers, and stakeholders in preparing school facilities for the opening of classes. This initiative reflects the Bureau’s commitment to ensuring safe, clean, and learner-friendly school environments while strengthening partnerships within the community.

As part of its continuous efforts to strengthen the spiritual well-being and moral values of its personnel, the Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Fire Station conducted a Moral Recovery Program. This initiative aims to inspire and uplift the firefighters as they fulfill their duties of protecting lives and properties.

The gathering also included a prayer session, where heartfelt prayers were offered for the safety, strength, and guidance of all BFP-RM firefighters. The session served as a moment of reflection and spiritual renewal, reinforcing the values of compassion, courage, and selflessness in their mission to protect and serve.

𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙨𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 under the leadership of SFO3 Russell S Bajao - Acting Municipal Fire Marshal participated the Traditional Monday Morning Flag Raising Ceremony which was followed by Troop Information and Education and Turn-over of Duties and Responsibilities.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 9, under the strong leadership of 𝗙𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗝𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗬 𝗗𝗨𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗢, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Regional Director, and the supervision of 𝗙𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗢 𝗣 𝗔𝗟𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Provincial Fire Marshal, Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Fire Station, led by 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟑 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐒 𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐨, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a Firefighter/Firetruck Visibility activity at IBT, Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, ZDS, as part of our intensified fire safety campaign in the community.
Firefighters were strategically positioned in visible areas to effectively capture public attention and promote safety awareness.
The primary purpose of this activity was to deliver fire safety tips ensuring that residents received important information on fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
