Nakiisa ang 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 sa 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼: 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 held at 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮, bringing government services closer to the community.

Sa pamamagitan ng Municipal Caravan, mas napapalapit sa ating mga kababayan ang iba’t ibang serbisyo, programa, at impormasyon ng lokal na pamahalaan—patunay ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 na maghatid ng accessible, responsive, at people-centered governance.

Ang 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 ay patuloy na nakikiisa at sumusuporta sa mga inisyatiba ng ating Pamahalaang Bayan tungo sa mas episyente, maayos, at makabuluhang paglilingkod sa bawat Siniloanense.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Siniloan, Laguna Office proudly received a 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 from the 59𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑) 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧, 2𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 (𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫) 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲, in recognition of its invaluable service and unwavering support to the Battalion’s peace initiatives and efforts toward ending the local communist armed conflict in the Province of Laguna.

This recognition highlights the importance of strong collaboration, dedicated service, and community partnerships in promoting 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in our communities.

DILG Siniloan extends its heartfelt gratitude to the 59𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑) for this meaningful recognition. We remain committed to strengthening partnerships and working hand-in-hand with our stakeholders toward a peaceful, resilient, and progressive Laguna.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 𝗜 The Liga ng mga Barangay (LNB) – Siniloan, Laguna successfully conducted the 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑫𝒓𝒖𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔 𝒂 𝑫𝒓𝒖𝒈-𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑩𝒖𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑪𝒀 2027 for all Sangguniang Barangay Officials on July 24–26, 2026, at El Pescador Resort and Hotel, Bolinao, Pangasinan.

The three-day activity enhanced the knowledge and capacities of barangay officials in strengthening local governance, promoting public safety, and advancing drug prevention initiatives while ensuring effective planning and budgeting for the upcoming fiscal year.

The activity officially opened with the Welcome Remarks of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗚. 𝗝𝗮𝗲𝗻, LNB President of Siniloan, Laguna, followed by an inspiring Message of Support from 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶ñ𝗼, LNB President of Bolinao, Pangasinan.

The participants, composed of Sangguniang Barangay Officials, gained valuable knowledge from distinguished resource speakers:

𝑪𝑯 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝑰𝒔𝒂𝒃𝒆𝒍 𝑪. 𝑳𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐, Cluster B Head, DILG Laguna, who discussed the BADAC and BPOC Audit;
𝑽𝒐𝒏 𝑮𝒂𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒍 𝑪. 𝑬𝒖𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐, OIC-MLGOO, who presented the BADAC Audit Results, Status of Reports, and LDRRM Plan Submission Status;
𝑫𝒓. 𝑮𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝑨. 𝑭𝒂𝒓𝒊ñ𝒂𝒔, Municipal Health Officer, who shared valuable insights on Public Health Safety for Barangays; and
𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒍 𝑨. 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒛, Municipal Budget Officer, who discussed the Formulation of the Barangay Budget for CY 2027.

This initiative reaffirms the commitment of the Liga ng mga Barangay and the Local Government of Siniloan to empower barangay officials through continuous capacity development, effective governance, sound fiscal management, and strengthened collaboration in building safer, healthier, and drug-free communities.

Earlier today, July 17, 2026, The ceremony was spearheaded by Punong Barangay Hon. Ronnie M. Tubice, together with the members of the Sangguniang Barangay, and was graced by Municipal Mayor Hon. Engr. Patrick Ellis Z. Go, Sangguniang Bayan Member - Committee on Health Hon. Marsan A. Pascual, Cluster C Head - DILG Laguna LGOO VII Florabel M. Ingel, OIC-MLGOO Von Gabriel C. Eugenio and the Department Heads, whose presence highlighted their shared commitment to supporting community development initiatives.

This vital infrastructure project is funded under the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund - Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP). The project stems from the identified development needs during last year’s Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP), demonstrating how participatory governance can translate local aspirations into tangible public infrastructure.

This facility aims to bring primary healthcare services closer to the residents of Barangay Llavac, ensuring that medical assistance is safe, accessible, and timely.

Through programs like the LGSF-SBDP, we continue to bridge the gap between governance and community development—paving the way for a healthier and more resilient Siniloan.
