The 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 (𝘿𝙈𝙎) 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 was conducted to strengthen staff competence in accurate document handling, effective system use, and efficient digital workflow processes. The session included an overview of DMS protocols, detailed procedural demonstrations, practical system exercises, and an interactive open forum to address participants’ questions and concerns.

DILG Laguna successfully conducted the Document Management System (DMS) Training, aimed at enhancing personnel’s knowledge and skills in proper document handling, system navigation, and digital workflow management. The activity covered DMS guidelines, step-by-step processes, hands-on system application, and an open forum for questions and concerns.

Through the valuable guidance of our speakers and facilitators, participants gained practical insights to improve efficiency, organization, and collaboration in daily operations. DILG Laguna remains committed to strengthening digital transformation and service delivery through continuous capacity-building initiatives.
