The Reserve Officersโ€™ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit of North Eastern Mindanao State Universityโ€“Tagbina Campus successfully conducted the Tactical Inspection 2026 and ROTC Graduation Ceremony at the NEMSU Ground and Gymnasium on May 23.

The activity highlighted the cadetsโ€™ discipline, preparedness, and leadership as they underwent a tactical inspection led by LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Chairperson, Guest of Honor, and Speaker. The inspection aimed to assess the unitโ€™s operational readiness, military bearing, and overall performance in training and administration.

The program also featured the formal presentation of graduating cadets, the declaration of graduates, and the awarding of certificates in recognition of their successful completion of ROTC training.

The event concluded with the mass singing of โ€œAwit Kawal,โ€ reflecting unity, dedication, and commitment to upholding the values instilled through the ROTC program.
