The activity strengthened discipline, coordination, and unity among cadets while reinforcing their readiness and responsibility as future leaders.

North Eastern Mindanao State University โ€“ Tagbina Campus ROTC Unit successfully held its battalion formation on April 18, 2026, at the NEMSU Tagbina ground.

The activity included drills, practice of the manual of arms, and a passing review to help cadets learn the basic skills needed for training and field activities. These exercises improve discipline, teamwork, and focus, while also helping cadets become more confident and responsible leaders.
