Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director, Inter Boards Coordination Commission - IBCC, attended the 5th Graduation Ceremony of 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 as the Guest of Honour, held on 30 August 2026 in Karachi.
Dr. Mallah conferred degrees upon the graduating students and congratulated them on achieving this significant academic milestone.

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission - IBCC had the pleasure of hosting 𝑴𝒂𝒉𝒕𝒂𝒃 𝑨𝒌𝒃𝒂𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒅𝒊, Member of the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF PAKISTAN (𝗠𝗡𝗔) at the IBCC Secretariat. She was warmly welcomed by Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director IBCC, along with senior IBCC officials, including Mr. Muhammad Usman Khan, Director General IBCC, Mr. Muhammad Muneeb Javed, Director IBCC and Mr. Irfan Ali Ansari, Director IBCC. During the meeting Ms. Mahtab Rashdi appreciated the efforts of Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah in strengthening education services and acknowledged his contributions towards improving and modernizing processes in the education sector.

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission - IBCC organized a 𝑶𝒏𝒆-𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 at Karachi

The objective of the training was to enhance customer care standards, strengthen effective communication skills, and promote professionalism among IBCC officials dealing with applicants and stakeholders. The workshop brought together participants from IBCC Regional Offices, including Bhawalpur and Quetta offices across Pakistan.

The event was graced by Mr 𝑴𝒖𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒅 𝑨𝒊𝒋𝒂𝒛 𝑨𝒉𝒔𝒂𝒏, Director General IBCC as the Chief Guest. Addressing the participants, he emphasized the importance of effective communication and public dealing in public service institutions.

The workshop featured engaging learning activities that encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing among attendees. Participants actively engaged in the sessions and exchanged experiences aimed at enhancing communication and customer service practices within the organization.

The training concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where certificates were awarded to participants in recognition of their active participation and successful completion of the training.

Notable attendees included Mr . Muhammad Ajaz Ahsan, Director General IBCC, Ms. Sadia Naz, Deputy Director (Capacity Building & International Linkages), IBCC, Ms. Sidra Khuram, Head of MIPD and Master Trainer at HO Group, along with officials and staff members from IBCC and Regional Offices across Pakistan.
