During the World Choir Games in Helsingborg, China's Nous Moli Choir delivered a stunning outdoor performance of "Han Guang" (from the ancient Shijing / The Book of Songs) right at the historic Kärnan tower. 🎵🏰

On 28 August, at the invitation of the ship owner Furetank, Consul General Yang Peidong attended the naming ceremony for FURE VASA, a new VINGA vessel that has just arrived in Europe from China.

Consul General Yang talked cordially and gave his congratulations to Mr. Lars Höglund, the CEO of Furetank. He also exchanged views with a delegation from China Merchant Shipbuilding Group led by Mr. Zheng Hehui, the Vice General Manager of the group and the Chairman of the shipyard company Yangzhou Dingheng.

FURE VASA is the 18th vessel in the VINGA series built by Yangzhou Dingheng. During the ceremony, a new agreement for a order of 4 more VINGA vessels was announced by the two sides, bringing the total order to 26.

8月28日，驻哥德堡总领事杨培栋应邀前往领区乌德瓦拉港口码头，参加福瑞船运公司VINGA系列“FURE VASA”号化学品运输船命名仪式。

杨总领事同福瑞船运董事长拉尔斯·霍格伦德等行业人士友好交谈，并同来访的招商局船舶工业集团副总经理、扬州鼎衡船厂有限公司董事长郑和辉一行就集团与北欧船东合作前景等问题进行交流。

“FURE VASA”号是扬州鼎衡船厂制造的VINGA系列第18艘船。本次活动中，双方宣布达成VINGA系列船舶新订单4艘，累计订单达26艘。

On August 16, the Awards Ceremony of the 14th World Choir Games was held in Helsingborg, Sweden. Consul General Yang Peidong attended the event upon invitation and served as an award presenter for the Champions Competition. Later that evening, Vice Consul General Li Xiaoquan attended the Closing Ceremony.

Spanning 11 days, the 14th World Choir Games attracted approximately 8,500 participants in more than 160 choirs from over 40 countries and regions. Chinese choirs won 8 World Champion titles and 6 Open Competition top spots. Additionally, they secured 44 gold and silver medals, topping the event's official medal table.
