Raleigh Fitkin Memorial (RFM) Hospital has received a significant boost in its Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) infrastructure following the donation of essential WASH equipment worth approximately E20 000 through the Ministry of Health. The equipment was generously donated by UNICEF with funding support from the Government of Japan.
This important investment comes at a critical time as healthcare institutions continue strengthening infection prevention, patient safety and quality healthcare delivery. Improved WASH infrastructure plays a vital role in reducing the spread of infections, safeguarding both patients and healthcare workers, and maintaining high standards of hygiene within healthcare facilities.
Access to clean water, proper sanitation and effective hygiene systems is not only fundamental to quality healthcare, but also essential in protecting lives and restoring dignity in healthcare environments. The donation therefore represents more than equipment - it is a meaningful contribution towards building a cleaner, safer and healthier healthcare system for the people of Eswatini.
RFM Hospital remains committed to continuously improving healthcare services and creating a safe environment where patients receive quality care with dignity.

The future of healthcare in Eswatini is in safe hands. ✨🩺
First-year nursing students from Southern Africa Nazarene University (SANU) received a powerful reminder of the responsibility that comes with wearing the nursing uniform during their Capping and Stripping Ceremony held this morning at Sharpe Memorial Church of the Nazarene.
Delivering a stirring address, Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mazwi Mavuso challenged the students to protect the dignity and integrity of the nursing profession, emphasizing that nurses must inspire confidence, trust and hope in every patient they encounter.
“People should feel safe when they see you,” he urged.
The ceremony marked more than the beginning of academic studies; it signaled the rise of a new generation of compassionate and professional healthcare workers committed to serving the nation with excellence.

Ever wonder how we keep our team energized and connected? We're excited to announce that the Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) Wellness Department, with support from the Ministry of Health through the National Wellness program, recently organized a rejuvenating trip to Lesotho for 46 employees! This incredible experience focused on experience sharing, team building, and overall well-being.

The purpose of the trip was to facilitate invaluable experience sharing among our employees while also providing a much-needed opportunity for rejuvenation and team building. As part of the program, our dedicated team visited Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital and engaged in meaningful knowledge exchange with staff.

But it wasn't all work! In addition to the professional engagement, the trip included fun recreational activities and games, which fostered fantastic teamwork, strengthened relationships, and enhanced overall morale.

Overall, this ENHI-initiated trip was both informative and incredibly refreshing, contributing positively to employee wellness, collaboration and professional growth. We're so proud of our team!
