One week from TONIGHT- we can't wait to see all our new & returning Akron Flyers as you come back to school to meet your teachers! Make sure to stop in the cafeteria for our APSG-sponsored photo booths, and Mrs. Miller (the Akron school counselor) will have school supplies available for any families in need. After finding your child's classroom, swing back by for a popsicle on the way home!

We hate to rain on anyone's parade, but it's almost time to return to school! So whether you're excited to return or dreading the end of summer, we have a big announcement to make!

APSG will be sponsoring 2 back-to-school themed photo booths and FREE POPSICLES for all kids on back-to-school night! When you come to meet your new teacher, find us in the cafeteria for a photo op for your child(ren), and then swing back through on your way home for a popsicle!

Also, if your child is in need of school supplies or gently used clothing, those items will also be available in the cafeteria for anyone in need courtesy of our school counselor and generous donors!

We can't wait to welcome all this year's Akron Flyers! 💛🖤

We will be slinging cream at Akron elementary this evening starting around 5 during the pageant. Come join us for the show or grab ice cream to go!

So so thankful for all the Akron Lions Club does for our community! We were fortunate to be blessed by them several times this year. We live in an amazing community.

We were able to donate $1,200 to the Akron Elementary Parent Support Group this month because of your generosity and support. This group does so many wonderful things for our local classrooms and youth, we can’t thank them enough!

When you support our fish fries, you support the community!

Sending a big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support the Akron Lions Club fish fry and APSG bake sale. We are so fortunate to be able to partner with a great group like the Lions club who is always giving back to their community. Feeling frisky and want to volunteer?
