The Summit County Young Democrats AND the Stark County Young Democrats had a great time at the Summit County Progressive Democrats - PAC picnic earlier this month! We met with local progressives, elected officials, and statewide candidates running this year! Always appreciate opportunities such as these!

🌊 Get ready to ride the blue wave with the Summit County Young Democrats at our First Annual Blue BBQ & Picnic on Saturday, August 29th! Join us at 3PM at the Shady Beach Shelter in the Munroe Falls Metro Park for an afternoon of good community, good food, and good fun! The event is free to attend, but we do ask that you bring a dish to share if you are able (burgers & hotdogs will be provided)! We cannot wait to see you!

🥾 Grab your boots, water, & snacks to join the Young Dems for a group hike! We will be tackling the Rock Creek Trail at Furnace Run Metro Park as we continue our group hikes! The trail is 1.3 miles long and rated as '1,' or easy, according to Summit Metro Parks, so plan accordingly. Dress appropriately for the weather and hope to see you there!
