It is disgusting and egregious for an elected official to turn their back on the American flag.

That flag represents our country, the freedoms we share, and the sacrifices made by generations of Americans. Public officials can disagree on policy, but they should understand the responsibility of the office they hold and show respect for the nation they serve.

Our community deserves leaders who take that responsibility seriously.

I just finished my first Pennsylvania Republican State Committee meeting as chairman of the Lehigh County Republican Committee, and I’m coming home inspired, fired up, and ready to get back to work.

Hearing from Stacy Garrity for Pennsylvania, Jason Richey, and Republican leaders across the Commonwealth reminded me why this election matters so much. Families are working hard and asking a simple question: Will the people we elect make life more affordable and protect the freedoms we value?

I believe Republicans have an answer. We will stand for common sense, responsible spending, parental rights, and leaders who listen to the people they serve. Here in Lehigh County, that means speaking up when families face a proposed 18% tax increase and demanding that every decision be made with taxpayers in mind.

But belief alone won’t win an election. We need to show up for each other. We need to knock on doors, make calls, put out yard signs, and have honest conversations with our neighbors. Thousands of pieces of literature have just arrived at our office, and there is a place for everyone willing to help.

To our committee members and candidates: I see the hours you give and the sacrifices your families make. I’m proud to stand beside you. To anyone who has been watching from the sidelines: this is your invitation. Reach out to me or someone on our team, and we’ll get you involved.

On November 3, Pennsylvania makes its choice. What happens here in our Commonwealth and in Lehigh County depends on what we do between now and Election Day.

🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001

Today, the Lehigh County Republican Committee joins Americans across our nation in remembering the 2,977 innocent lives taken from us on September 11, 2001.

We honor the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, members of our Armed Forces, and ordinary Americans who demonstrated extraordinary courage in our nation’s darkest hours. We remember the families who lost loved ones and the first responders whose service and sacrifice continued long after that terrible day.

September 11 reminds us not only of the evil our nation confronted, but of the strength and unity the American people showed in response. In the face of unimaginable tragedy, Americans stood together under one flag.

Twenty-five years later, our responsibility remains the same: remember the fallen, honor the heroes, support their families, and teach future generations what happened that day.

May God continue to bless the United States of America, and may we never forget September 11, 2001.

Turning Point Action will be hosting an App Training at the Lehigh County Republican Committee office designed to help people learn how to effectively use grassroots technology and make an impact in their communities.

This is a great opportunity for young conservatives to get their foot in the door, learn valuable campaign skills, meet other activists, and start getting involved in the political process.
