Chester Valley Elementary Chester Valley Elementary is located in North East Anchorage off of Patterson Street. Common Core State Standards guide our instruction.

We are proud to be situated in a greenbelt area of Anchorage and boast amazing mountain views from our playground. Chester Valley is a welcoming Title I neighborhood school serving a diverse group of students and their families. Our dedicated staff works as a team to promote academic achievement and personal growth for all students. Student safety and social and emotional well-being is at the fore

front of all we do. Parts of every school day are dedicated to the teaching of social skills as well as Social and Emotional Learning. We are currently doing all instruction online. Please see our school website for more information.

Chester Valley is a collection site for an animal food and supplies drive for Anchorage Animal Care and Control in honor of Roselle "Thunder Dog" a 9/11 Service Dog Hero brought to the community by Girl Scouts of Alaska. Our last week of school has included many different events. Some students earned the ability to Style our Principal Ms. Kari, others enjoyed a popsicle party for being amazing Chester Valley Huskies, playground clean up and field day with a bbq.
