🎵 Rain makes grass... grass turns brown.....And around here, a little bit of rain doesn't mean the burn ban comes down! 🌧️❌🔥

While we are glad to see some rain on the way, the current reality is that our local environment is still dealing with deep, long-term dryness. A single passing shower doesn't fix the wildfire risk, which is why the DeSoto County Burn Ban remains strictly in effect.
