We will be at the school Tuesday the 26th and Wednesday the 27th from 9 until at least noon both days to set up our rummage sale. If you have any last minute donations, or those of you waiting to drop off larger items, these days would work best. Please use the saferoom doors for drop off.

We are reaching out to invite you to be a part of an incredible opportunity for our middle school students, a once-in-a-lifetime educational trip to Washington, D.C. in July 2027.
This 3-night, 4-day experience will immerse students in our nation’s history, government, and culture. The trip is all-inclusive, covering airfare, travel, hotel accommodations, all meals, and guided tours of some of the most important landmarks in the United States. The cost per student is approximately $2,700.
In order to support the students who desire to participate in this life-changing opportunity, we will be hosting an indoor garage sale. 100% of the proceeds will go directly into our student’s fundraising accounts.
This is where you come in! We are seeking donations for this sale. We are collecting gently used clothing, household items, shoes, working electronics, tools, books, etc. We ask that all donations be in clean, gently used shape, as our students will be the ones handling these items, getting them all set up for the sale. All donations must be boxed or bagged, clearly labeled as “DC Sale,” and are due by May 27th.
Donations may be dropped off in many ways:
Drop off at the Avilla School between 9am-3pm Monday-Friday through May 14th
Drop off at Lottie’s Soda Shoppe (on the Airbnb Porch on the East Side of the Store). Text Stephanie at 417-388-2420 once you drop it off.
