Last evening our members were out in our area pumping dry hydrants for our monthly training. We had split up into two teams, one team with Engine 901 and one team with Brush Truck 907, so that each member was able to gain some experience and knowledge with the Officers on the apparatus they were assigned. By doing this, each member was able to gain experience working on the pump, the set up and tear down process of hooking up to a dry hydrant, and our new members were able to gain some experience with driving the apparatus.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us at Baltic Park on Friday evening to watch the softball game and support our food truck vendors. The weather could not have been more perfect, and the incredible turnout made the event a tremendous success.

As the first event of its kind for our department, we were overwhelmed by the support and enthusiasm shown by our community. What started as a new idea may very well become an annual tradition.

We are truly fortunate to live and serve in such an outstanding community. The success of our department would not be possible without the dedication of our members and the unwavering support of those we proudly serve. Thank you for continuing to stand behind us.
