Beaumont ISD schools will remain closed for students on Thursday, September 3, as district teams continue assessing campuses and facilities and completing operational preparations following this week’s weather.

All BISD staff will report to work on Thursday, September 3, and Friday, September 4, to support district preparations and participate in staff training ahead of our students’ return.

With the Labor Day holiday approaching, students will remain out through the holiday weekend.

We look forward to welcoming all students back to school on Tuesday, September 8, when we will resume our regular school schedule.

Beaumont ISD will provide meals for students today from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Caldwood Elementary.

Due to power outages affecting campuses across the district, Caldwood Elementary has been selected as the meal distribution site.

Families may remain in their vehicles and follow the designated car line for meal pickup. Please bring your student’s name and lunch number.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting our students and families while schools are closed. Stay safe!

Beaumont ISD has carefully monitored the ongoing weather development near our city. To ensure all of our BISD students, staff, and families remain safe and secure, all district campuses and offices will CLOSE on Tuesday, September 1st.

We ask that you closely monitor all official weather service platforms, as well as Beaumont ISD communication platforms as the situation develops. Please remain safe during this time.
