The following message was shared earlier today with families via email. If you are not receiving the emails, please be sure to connect with staff members in person when you attend conferences and/or open house at the beginning of the year at each building to try to identify any issues.
We are not monitoring social media comments related to issues, you should call, stop in person, or connect with someone to get assistance.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and grace as we continue our transition to Skyward Qmlativ. We also appreciate the many families who have worked through initial login and access issues independently.
Over the past several days, we have identified and resolved several common issues. At this point, the issues that remain appear to be more individual in nature rather than widespread system issues.

If you are still experiencing a technical issue with logging into your Skyward account or accessing information within your account, please complete the form below:

When completing the form, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing. Tell us what you are trying to do, what happens when you try, and exactly what you see on your screen, including any error messages you receive. The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to identify the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Providing this information through the form will also help us route your issue to the appropriate person for assistance. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.
Need Help Scheduling a Conference?
Families at the Middle, Intermediate, and Primary Schools who are unable to schedule a conference through Skyward may call their school office beginning today for assistance with scheduling a conference time.
Please keep in mind that school secretaries and other building staff may not be able to troubleshoot technical Skyward account or login issues. For those issues, please use the support form above.
