Today on the MassDems convention stage, State Auditor Diana DiZoglio is expected to remind her own party of an inconvenient fact: 72% of Massachusetts voters — across every region, every party, every income bracket — voted to give her office the authority to audit the Legislature. Beacon Hill leadership is still refusing to comply. This is a bipartisan failure of accountability, and the Auditor is right to keep saying so.

Since Elizabeth Warren’s election to the Senate in 2013, Massachusetts has faced worsening housing affordability and rising cost-of-living pressures. Home prices and rents have climbed to some of the highest levels in the country, while housing production has consistently lagged behind demand. Massachusetts now ranks among the least affordable states in America, putting relentless pressure on working families year after year.

Yet instead of acknowledging these failures at home, Elizabeth Warren continues to blame corporations for prices, billionaires for taxes, and Republicans for the border.

Massachusetts voters know exactly who has been in charge of the political agenda for the last 12 years.
