When this many people who work with kids every day say yes, it’s worth listening.

From neighborhood child care homes to both community foundations, from the Boulder Valley Education Association to the Women’s Foundation of Colorado, local organizations are backing 1A. Make your plan to vote yes on 1A by Nov. 3.

Three city councils. One clear message. 🧸
✅ Boulder
✅ Longmont
✅ Lafayette

Councils across Boulder County have voted to back Yes on 1A – Brighter Start Boulder County, because they’re hearing the same thing from families, providers, and employers: child care costs too much, and the people who provide it are paid too little.

1A means:
💛 Lower child care costs for working families
💛 Better pay to keep great teachers in the classroom
💛 More infant and toddler spots and shorter waitlists

Local leaders have said yes. Now it’s our turn. Ballots are due Tuesday, Nov. 3.
